The Pana Count Chart, often referred to as the Panel Count Chart, is a numerical calculation technique used to derive a single-digit count from any three-digit pana. The method involves adding all digits together and further reducing the total whenever necessary until a single-digit value is achieved.
For instance, if the pana is 143:
1 + 4 + 3 = 8
In this example, the final panel count is 8.
When the total exceeds a single digit, the resulting digits are added again. For example, if the pana is 569:
5 + 6 + 9 = 20
2 + 0 = 2
Therefore, the final count value becomes 2.
This straightforward counting system is commonly used to calculate count values for different pana combinations. It provides a quick way to organize, compare, and interpret numerical chart records for reference and historical analysis.
Important Note: The Pana Count Chart and Pana Total Chart are separate calculation methods. Since both systems use different formulas and produce different interpretations, they should always be considered independently while reviewing chart data.
