The Pana Total Chart, often referred to as the Panel Total Chart, is a commonly used reference system for calculating the total value of a pana. The process involves adding all three digits of a pana together to determine its total value, which is then used for chart observation and historical record analysis.
For instance, if the pana number is 236:
2 + 3 + 6 = 11
The total is obtained by adding each digit of the pana sequentially.
Whenever the calculated sum produces a double-digit number, only the last digit is
taken as the final total. For example, if the pana is 589:
5 + 8 + 9 = 22
In this case, the final panel total will be 2.
This straightforward calculation method makes it easier for users to identify, compare, and interpret panel totals while reviewing chart records and historical data archives.
Important Note: The Pana Total Chart and Pana Count Chart are separate calculation formats. Both systems follow different methods and should be considered independently when reviewing chart information and records.
